Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. Please do not send passwords, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive financial details by email. We never need them, and the calculator never asks for them.
To help us answer quickly, tell us which page you were on (the web address from your browser is perfect), what you expected to see, and what you saw instead. If you think a calculation is wrong, include the example numbers you typed in so we can reproduce the result. Because the calculator runs entirely in your browser and we cannot see what you entered, we can only investigate a result if you tell us the inputs.
We aim to reply within five business days. Privacy requests are handled as quickly as the applicable law requires. We cannot provide personal financial, tax, legal, or investment advice in reply to a message. For that, please speak with a qualified professional. Our disclaimer explains why.
For partnership, advertising, or press inquiries, use the same email address and put the topic in the subject line. As stated in our editorial disclosure, we do not currently have any active affiliate partnerships, and any future relationship will be clearly disclosed beside the links it affects.
